Ted Panchalk has been in goverment lending for over 25 years. He retired from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) where he was the State Business and Cooperative Program Director for Louisiana and Colorado. He was involved in the day-to-day management of hundreds of millions of dollars in loans, including those guaranteed to commercial lenders, and served on several detailed assignments in Wsshington, D.C. and other states. Ted has been packaging loans for the past 15 years and to date has never had a loan appliction rejected. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and has a Master of Business Administration degree from Tulane University.
Richard Lalla has over 25 years of domestic and international business experience and most recently served as Resolutions and Resceiverships Specialist for the Federal Deposit Insuranec Corporation. Prior to his involvement with the FDIC, he held Senior Management positions as President of Dallas Homes Cutom Builders, Inc., President of Koll Holdings International based in New Port Beach, CA, Vice President of Trammell Crow International and Executive Vice President of the Dallas Market Center Co. His insights into the real estate development process throughout the world has proved critical to the success of numerous international and US investors. Lalla began his career with the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University and a Masters degree from the American Graduate School of Global Management- Thunderbird.
